Our technicians are still on call
If your building has a Hercules Carparking system, our technicians are still on call and available to help during this period. Please call our after-hours line on 1800 649 603 or 02 9966 5600 and our call center will be able to assist.
Please make sure you provide the call center with
- your name
- your phone numbers
- the full address of where you are calling from (including state)
- a detailed description of what is wrong with the stacker, including the error code. The more details you can provide to the call center, the easier it will be for our technicians to assist.
Please note that there will be a charge for our technicians to come out and service the car stackers during the Christmas period. Please just let the call center know you accept and understand those charges and we will send a report with the details of the call out and an invoice to your strata in January when we re-open (where applicable).
Always check that it’s not something simple and easily fixed without our presence.
- Check the E-Stop: Please make sure the emergency stop button is not activated. Twist the red mushroom button to the right and release to deactivate. If it was the e-stop it will immediately start working again after you have released the e-stop.
- Press the “escape” or “clear” button on the control panel and try to retrieve or park your car again, as sometimes that might help.
