The Hercules Scissor Hoists are vehicle lifting systems best used for travel to one or two other levels. Lift shaft is kept free of machinery. Maximum speed 0.17 m/sec.

The Hercules Column Hoists are vehicle lifting systems designed to transport cars quickly and comfortable to multiple levels. Maximum speed 0.3 m/sec.

We can also provide fully enclosed vehicle lifts which are multi passenger rated and operate across any number of levels at very high speed of up to 1 m/sec.

The Hoists / Lifts are designed to Australian Standards and are suitable for any application such as a private home, residential apartment or commercial use.

SCISSOR HOISTS

  • Ideal for eliminating ramps.
  • The compact hoist design doesn’t require any overhead motor rooms and only requires a shallow pit depth of 250mm
  • The Hercules Single Stage Vehicle Hoist is most suitable for travelling between two levels with a maximum travel distance of 3.5 metres.
  • The Hercules Double Stage Vehicle Hoist is most suitable for travelling between three levels with a maximum travel distance of 6.5 metres.

Different variations available

  1. The Hercules Single Stage Vehicle Hoist is a hydraulic driven platform designed to safely transport vehicles vertically and comfortably to and from parking levels. The Single Stage Vehicle Hoist is most suitable for travelling between two levels with a maximum travel distance of 3.5 metres.
  2. The Hercules Double Stage Vehicle Hoist is most suitable for travelling between three levels with a maximum travel distance of 6.5 metres.
  3. The Two Column Vehicle Hoist features two lateral lifting columns fitted with hydraulic lifting cylinders for rise and descent. Columns are anchored to a single load bearing wall and the platform is cantilevered off the single load bearing structure. This design provides a Low-Profile Hoist which is ideal for reducing excavation and only requires a 250 mm deep pit. This Hoist is most suitable for travelling between 3-4 levels with a maximum travel distance of 12 metres.
  4. The Hercules Four Column Vehicle Hoist was born to provide the market with a self-supporting platform ensuring perfect stability and easy installation. This hydraulic driven platform is designed to safely transport vehicles vertically and comfortably to and from levels. This Hoist is most suitable for travelling between 4-8 levels with a maximum travel distance of 25 metres. It is perfect for designing extremely wide platforms up to 8 metres.
  5. The High Speed Wire Rope Lift features a traction drive system which reduces vibrations. This allows for high speed travel at one metre per second with minimal noise and movement, thereby maximising the comfort and experience for the user. The unique drive system is designed to fit within the lift shaft. It does not require an overhead motor room, thereby minimising space for compact designs. The lift is also equipped with a counterweight which reduces power usage, increasing the efficiency of the lift and saving on power costs.

We also offer a wide variety of finishes to the vehicle lift. For example, the platform, doors, walls and roof can be tiled or decorated. Customisation is welcomed and we will design to any requirement or limitation you may have.
