Horizontal Puzzle Park System

This fully automatic car parking system has been designed and installed by Hercules Carparking Systems to efficiently park 20 cars in the heart of Sydney’s Central Business District within a small block measuring only 384 m^2.

The puzzle park system drives cars forward, back and side to side over two independent levels in order to transport the cars to a central lift for delivery to an entry room. The drive through entry room means users drive in and drive out, no need for a turntable no need for reversing.

Fire Safety Requirements

Depending on the regulations of the State the project is built in, you may require firefighting equipment within your carparking system. we have many options available, for example we can get the fire sprinkler system to spray four points on a vehicle.

Every single space within a system can have a sprinkler attached to it. Ready in case of a fire and to meet the Australian standards. How much noise does the equipment generate when in operation?

As every building is different in both its design and construction, this is impossible to quantify for every application. As a rule of thumb only, most of our car parking equipment will not generate noise greater than 5 dB above ambient levels. For those customers who need more accurate and definitive readings for their project, we encourage them to obtain a professional Audiometry report from a qualified consultant.
